These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-message program operated by the Waupaca Dental Society ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program summary: The Waupaca Dental Society sends account verification codes (2FA / one-time passcodes) and reminders for appointments, meetings, and events to members who opt in. This is a consent-based program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
When you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from the Waupaca Dental Society:

"Waupaca Dental Society: Reminder — your appointment is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of membership or of purchasing any goods or services. You may also be sent a one-time passcode when you enable two-factor authentication on your member account.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — for example, how often you log in (2FA codes) and how many appointments or events you register for (reminders). You will only receive messages related to the categories described above.
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent through your wireless carrier and are subject to the terms of your mobile plan. The Waupaca Dental Society does not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message that identifies the Waupaca Dental Society and confirms that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages, unless you opt in again. Sample opt-out confirmation: "Waupaca Dental Society: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply HELP for help." Note that opting out of texts may disable text-based two-factor codes; you can still use alternative login/verification methods.

Message delivery is supported on major U.S. carriers, subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
